A huge thank you to everybody that joined us last night for an open and powerful discussion on the interconnectivity of purpose in the workplace, business and society. Although everybody will have gained something slightly different, here are some of the key takeaways: 🎯 1) Purpose is inherently individual and everybody’s journey to discovery their own purpose is a deeply personal and subjective experience. 👨👨👦👦 2) Community is an often unmet need and there’s an overall lack of comfortability with a ‘one of many’ attitude. 🏢 3) Many of us are craving a different kind of purpose but the current structures within business and society are stopping us from finding it. 📅 4) We need to shift to more long term thinking rather than immediate gratification, and that spans across self, business and government. 🤞 5) There is hope. We are witnessing systemic change and becoming more conscious around building a purpose-driven society. So what does this have to do with a company that builds technology solutions? Quite simply, we believe that by building an engaged community of digital specialists, working on terms that align with our own purpose, that we can come together to solve complex problems that have a real impact. #purpose #techforgood
