I'm sorry but Education recruitment agencies charging 25 - 30% for their services are cowboys. Education recruitment is in a bubble and school budgets cannot keep up with the law of supply & demand. It's simple, Don't over charge in a public sector industry. Budgets are closely monitored and just because you have a product that a customer needs don't be blinded by greed. Value based pricing strategies have completely gone out the window recently. #recruitment
