MEMS VOA MEMSVOA includes reflective VOA and diffractive VOA. Reflective VOA is a micro-mirror made on a silicon base. Light enters through one end of the dual-core collimator and is incident on the micro-reflector at a certain angle. When a voltage is applied, the micro-reflector is twisted under the action of static electricity, the inclination angle changes, and the incident angle of the incident light changes.
