Particularly proud to shout out about this award for the team Wilton & Bain. During, or shortly after the pandemic, I was told by the CEO of a competitor, that clients do not give a **** about culture. I thought at the time that this was an odd statement, especially for someone leading a people business. I also wondered how this CEO engaged and inspired his team, if he didn’t care about the environment they worked in. It was a comment I disregarded but one that has made me resolute in what I believe makes a good team great. For me culture is everything. It is the thing that defines who you are and what you stand for; it is the immeasurable ingredient that drives high performance, and it is the thing that above all else makes people care about what they do, and have pride in who they work for. Wilton & Bain we want to build a firm that is respected. A firm that does great work (on and off the pitch) and a firm that develops great people. A firm loved by those in it, and valued by those we serve. This award is about our team, our clients and our partners. It is a measure of how they have pulled together through the challenge of 2023, and it is a statement of intent as we continue to deliver our 2027 vision. Culture (CEO friend) eats strategy for breakfast, every single time. The power of the pack is the wolf, and the power of the wolf is the pack….. #team #culturematters #valuesmatter
Wilton & Bain is delighted to announce its inclusion in the Culture 100 Award 2024 surveyed by Hyer. David Heron, the CEO, says ” It is an absolute honour to be included in the Culture 100 listings for 2024 & a credit to all of our team for continually striving to be the best we can...We want to build the world’s most respected search firm & our culture is the “thing” that defines who we are, and the standards around which we operate."

Check this out! “I'm thrilled to share the enlightening moments and inspiring experiences from our recent ERG lead retreat, along with the profound impact of Farzana Nayani's book, 'The Power of Employee Resource Groups.' I know this experience has ignited a renewed sense of purpose and hope for myself and my AAmplify Co-Lead Genie Lara to help bring as much value to our ERG group and overall agency culture as we can.” Wow! What an amazing testimonial from James Katalbas, an Employee Resource Group leader from MullenLowe U.S. . Thank you James for your kind words. Farzana and members of our team really appreciated meeting all of the ERG leaders and having such an in depth discussion with everyone on how to build solidarity and belonging within your organization. This is such a great recap of our experience together and we were so impressed with all of the insights and takeaways that James shared in this letter. If you’ve been thinking about working with our team, wondering how to create ERGs, or if you’ve been interested in Farzana's book 'The Power of Employee Resource Groups: How People Create Authentic Change,' please check out this amazing recap by James by clicking the link below. Values and Culture. These topics are priorities for Executives. They can be hard to define and measure but when you are in a poor culture and values are questionable, you know it. When there are strong values and a strong culture, it’s like an invisible source of inspiration, motivating teams to do great things, try new things and operate with a sense of pride. Yesterday the Culture 100 Awards were announced. 5000 businesses were evaluated by anonymous surveys and the top 100 have been celebrated for their commitment to building people-first cultures with progressive values. Wilton & Bain are among that 100. I believe it reflects how; in what candidly was a challenging 2023, our team, our clients and our partners have focused together, committed to doing the right things. https://lnkd.in/gna-ZU9J #values #culture #peoplefirstculture
