Great concept - I know of many "leaders" that would benefit from a bit of "hands on" - many transferable skills to be gained from such a training!
I think it's really useful to get our kids involved with practical things, hands on helping/learning to wash and maintain cars. My kids Primary school is doing a lot more now with things like forest school, which brings skills
