This Men’s Health Week, Kane Ford reminds us to take a breath. When Kane’s anxiety got to a place that felt uncontrollable, he was reminded of the power of the great outdoors. Connecting with nature allowed his mind to reset and pause. As a Movember community ambassador, Kane opens up about his mental health and encourages others to do the same - “after you get over that hump of sharing for the first time, it’s like training.
