Performance. Improvement. Plan. What does PIP really mean? They're typically given to underperforming employees. While yes, they can be effective in getting a team member back on track, we have mostly seen them used as documentation for HR to prove someone isn't doing their job before they fire them. #PIP #employeeperformance #termination #hr

An employee in most cases who receives a PIP should be making a proactive interview plan!
