🚀 Unleashing Precision with Skygauge's Force-Torque Sensor! One of the biggest challenges when working at heights is just keeping the drone in contact with the structure, and applying steady, consistent force to the underlying wall regardless of the surrounding conditions. The Skygauge drone uses a force torque sensor mechanism located behind the probe, which lets the drone “feel” the wall and automatically adjust its position and orientation to compensate for wind. The video shows how the drone moves its arms to remain in contact with the wall - all with zero pilot input. This makes the Skygauge drone easy to use, and is a big part of why training on the Skygauge drone only takes 3-5 business days for an experienced drone pilot. Having seen, for the umpteenth time, that video of a Chinese #drone #swarm, here's a #challenge for anyone in the industry that I'd like to see. Dynamic joining and movement - no taking off from a field, laid out in neat rows. I want to see someone - literally - throwing a drone out of a moving car and it forming a swarm with others.
