On the one hand we know that AI will affect the prosecution of war—likely on both sides. The tech journals are full of predictions. On the other, the US Army just announced a change in doctrine to move from battalion-sized forces to division-sized engagements (a division contains 3-4 battalions. ) This is a rewind to WWII-type tactics. Together: one can shrug the shoulders as to how AI gets fused into modern warfare. https://lnkd.in/gaBqm3dy Association of the United States Army - AUSA #AI #PrinciplesofFutureWarfare

Artificial intelligence is a hot topic today at AFCEA International #TechNetCyber. While many are talking about what #AI can do for us - and it's certainly a powerful tool - US Army Col. Richard Leach, DISA Intelligence director, has his eyes on how our adversaries can use it against us. Continuing to stay ahead of our adversaries is vital to carrying out the first strategic imperative of the DISA Next Strategy: operating and securing the DISA portion of the United States Department of Defense Information Network.

Stay ahead of the adversaries by figuring out how THEY are using AI to change their methods. How would YOU use AI to make your attacks better? How could you use AI to improve your detection and mitigation efforts? Think like a hacker!
