I'm not a structural engineer, but I have a few friends who are, and I think they would all agree with me that it's not supposed to rain inside the parking garage. It looks like Kimley-Horn can help. #assetmanagement, #assessments #structuralengineering

That leaking expansion joint (replacement) would cost approximately $13k or less… deferred maintenance will easily double that cost once you start touching concrete. Unfortunately, tax funded municipal assets wait until it’s huge capital projects, costing all tax payers more- especially when they apply for federal infrastructure funding.

Wit until the rain turn RED then it will be truly BIBLICAL in proportion for the repair that needs to happen!

Unfortunately, too many of the garages out there look like this. Malls, Commercial Buildings, etc. Funding and preventative maintenance takes a back seat. If you know someone who needs guidance and is willing to budget yearly maintenance to avoid costly repairs and/or lawsuits....call on us. We are nationwide ! Thx

This is a case of expansion joint leak and it can be repaired very easily. At #WalkerConsultants; #WalkerRestorations we have addressed these conditions very successfully.
