As their media partners, Abdallah Zeid Safieddine, our Managing Director and Racha Semaan, Global Business Lead, had the privilege of presenting key macro media trends shaping our industry.
We kicked off with an overview of the advertising spend across major global markets, a topic we knew would spark interest among the global teams in attendance, given their crucial role in shaping these markets.
Next, we explored the evolving landscape of media trends, emphasizing the critical need for brands to connect with their audiences through culturally- relevant, interest-based influencer content. We highlighted the transformative shift in influencer marketing towards an outcome-based, result-oriented model integrated within the entire performance funnel.
Our discussion also delved into the dynamic world of gaming and esports, dispelling myths about the gaming audience demographics (high female ratio, engagement across all age groups). We showcased how premium and luxury brands strategically invest in this space, tapping into its broad appeal across age groups and genders.
Lastly, we examined the impact of Generative AI on the media landscape, illustrating how it enhances the digital experience by moving from informative to intelligent interactions. We demonstrated its potential for brands and advertisers through personalized content, improved audience segmentation, and enhanced measurement and analytics.
