From Idea to Production: MindPal New Flow Implementation Journey ➖ June 17th - Brainstormed ideas on paper. ➖ June 27th - Mapped out the flow and created the first design drafts. ➖ July 11th - Implemented the backend. ➖ July 17th - Completed the frontend, making the flow ready for testing. 💡 Insights: When the entire team understands the flow during the planning stage, it saves time and reduces the need for additional explanations later on.
