𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰... Screen time has gotten a bad reputation. But it's not all doom and gloom. And the truth is that, today, there's hardly anything you can do without a screen. Isn't it? So here's how to use screens to your advantage: 1. 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 - Art - Music - Cooking - Science experiments 2. 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 & 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 - Video calls - Online games - Social media 3. 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 - Educational apps - Interactive games - Virtual tours 4. 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙡𝙮 - Meditation apps - Fitness Apps - Guided breathing exercises You don't need to eliminate screen time altogether. Instead, use it as a tool for 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Reframe it and make it work for you and your family. 💬 What does your child do on the screen that you're actually okay with? #iintegratedparenting #parentingwithpreethi #screentime #digitalparenting #parentingtips

Through extensive research, I discovered a key reason users often give up on exercising: a lack of motivation.😥 I wanted to help solve this in a unique way by allowing users to see a strong, powerful version of themselves—and that’s how "Motivision" was born. 🐣 This feature, my favorite in FemFit, transforms motivation by letting users visualize their future, stronger selves in action. By uploading a picture, users can see themselves dedicated and empowered, working toward their goals. With AI-generated images and videos that feature their own faces, they get an inspiring glimpse of their "best version," motivating them to stay on track. It’s not about comparison; it’s about meeting and connecting with their most powerful selves, making each workout feel more engaging and personal. ✨ #FitnessApplication #Personalworkoutapp #UIDesign #UXDesign #mobileappdesign #PersonalMotivation

Rewarding consistency is a massively underrated lever for behavior change, especially in fitness where 80% quit within 5 months. Curefit - house of cult has an interesting approach with its Cult Ninja program, a completely gamified process that celebrates users for maintaining a streak for four weeks. Users get exclusive merch and perks on creating the streaks. This is why I say thoughtful reward loops can create sustainable behavior change. I wondered why other fitness apps hadn't cracked this code, but I realized most of them focus on negative reinforcement - "You missed your workout" or "Streak broken". These words trigger guilt, not motivation. I think this is the same psychology that makes Duolingo so sticky. The Diamond League isn't just about maintaining streaks - it's about becoming something. Just like Cult's journey from Warrior to Ninja feels more aspirational than just having named it a "4-week challenge". Thoughtful gamification can do wonders in improving retention. #upraisedgamechangers #gamechangers2024 #productmanagement

Please check out my new blog post about the effects of Exerfly on the weight room environment. This blog was inspired by a lot of the conversations that I've had with high school coaches across the east coast. It is much less about the scientific aspect of flywheel training and more about how the Exerfly and our app (which is free) can positively impact buy-in, motivation, and competitiveness. https://lnkd.in/gEg6F-WA #Exerfly #flywheeltraining #Weightroombuyin #Highschoolstrengthandconditioning
