Being Kind! Such a simple thing that can make a big difference to others, right? So why is it that it's not being used as a matter of course in business? We want our employees to stay with us and have loyalty, we want our businesses to thrive and grow to achieve our aims and we want to build relationships that will help us to achieve that. But in order for that to happen how we talk to people and how we make relationships fruitful has to start with everyone being seen from the janitor to the CEO as having value and a part to play. As my business develops that is one of my values that I hold dear and will be passionate about until the cows come home. There is always another way to do business, so just be kind. You never know what the other person or group of individuals that you want so badly to come on board are going through and more interestingly you never know when you will meet them again and if they will have the deciding vote.
