No to league tables which negate this and fail to account for the inequity of resources and starting points across organisations, are vulnerable to manipulation and risk of becoming perfunctory tick box exercises and crucially are detrimental to the very foundations of a psychologically safe workplace for clinicians and healthcare executive leadership teams.
