But a powerful movement, led by Veterans themselves through Team Red, White & Blue. Team RWB is forging America's leading health and wellness community for Veterans. They understand the immense sacrifices service members make, often putting the mission first at the cost of their personal health and wellness. Now, Team RWB is helping Veterans prioritize their health and wellness through a nationwide community united by teamwork, shared values, individual purpose and a common goal of enriching lives. The approach combines in-person events and training with a "digital garrison" (Team RWB App) to keep veterans motivated, accountable, and supported on their journeys. This holistic system provides a profound sense of belonging, inspiration to stay healthy, and opportunities to serve fellow Veterans. It lights the fire within to reclaim overall health and wellness. What makes Team RWB's community so impactful is the automatic bond of trust between those who served. When it comes to overcoming trauma, chronic pain, and emotional struggles, there is unique healing power in the simple understanding of your teammates.
