Self-care Sunday! As we approach the end of the year, it's natural to reflect on missed opportunities. But as a Clinical Research Professional and Site Network Owner, I realize that I didn't miss anything important. I was exactly where I needed to be, making impactful decisions and changes while balancing so many important roles - from mom and wife to leader and change maker. It's all about finding balance and making every moment count. And sometimes, that means celebrating personal victories, like my son's undefeated team at FSU or my daughters' growing beauty business. It also means celebrating professional milestones, like our Site Network's new operations and partnerships in West Palm, Dallas and Louisiana. So, let's take a deep breath and remember that even when we feel out of place, hard work and dedication will always pay off. As I tell my Site Staff, the future of medicine depends on quality data collected by efficient clinical trials.
