For the second consecutive year, we are glad to share that HASL Asia has been recognised by Swire Properties' Green Performance Pledge (GPP) Recognition Scheme, with a #gold tier achievement – bringing us up from our silver tier last year! 🏅🌱 GPP is a performance-based agreement that aims to provide an action-oriented roadmap to guide the sustainable development partnership as landlord and tenant to jointly contribute to creating a more sustainable community. By working closely with Swire and aligning our #sustainability initiatives, we have achieved our ambitious #ESG goals against water conservation and waste recycling. This collaborative approach has allowed us to build upon our previous silver tier, earning the gold tier award this year. At HASL Asia, we firmly believe that sustainable business is a shared responsibility. Last Thursday marked the official opening of the Singapore Sustainability Academy Annex (SSA Annex), an extension of the current 4300 sqft Singapore Sustainability Academy (SSA). Developed by #SGBC Founding Member City Developments Limited, the SSA Annex was built using construction materials coming from certified responsible sources. It aims to promote #sustainable practices and advocate for a low-carbon economy, while providing a collaborative and community space for #NGO partners. #LowCarbonEconomy #NetZero
