@facebook @meta my FB account was #hijacked then #disabled probably by AI leaving me no recourse for recovery! It was under [email protected] (it was through hacking that account that my FB password was changed). Please, I have many years of #memories, all my #friends and #family, my #business page, and groups that I #moderate that I am locked out of! Please consider connecting me with a #human being to help me get my account back!
For the past month, I've been trying hard to get back control of my verified Facebook page, which got hacked by people in Vietnam. Sadly, despite many tries, Meta's team hasn't fixed it yet. This has left me feeling desperate because I can't get my page back. I'm really disappointed with how Meta's team has handled this. And it's not just me having issues. There are lots of reports about scammers pretending to be Meta, mostly from Vietnam. They're stealing verified pages and using them for shady deals. The real support team at Meta doesn't seem to be listening to our requests or paying attention to the information we're giving them. It feels like they're just not very good at dealing with this problem, which is worrying for everyone involved. You cannot treat your customers like this and hire such incompetent and ineffective cybersecurity firms. Please, do something about it!

Meta I want to buy FB ads for my small business, but recently my personal account, along with my business account, was taken down, and I haven't heard back from [email protected]. I wanted to buy ads to advertise my small business as a Notary Public. I have e-mails saying that I need to complete the appeal process, but when I log in FB, it says that I had completed the appeals process?

Olá estou com sérios problemas no meu perfil do Instagram e não consigo contato para resolver. Hackearam perfil, trocaram endereço de e-mail e número de telefone. Estão aplicando golpe com o meu perfil, oferecendo "doações" pedindo para pesssoa pagar apenas frete de produtos inexistente. Já registrei um boletim de ocorrência, mandei e-mail para suporte do Instagram da qual não tive resposta até o momento. Os meus contatos próximos que estão entrando em contato comigo via WhatsApp, estou orientando a denunciar a publicação, contudo o Instagram está retornando, informando que o conteúdo não é golpe. Como usuária do Instagram estou indignada pela falta de suporte do aplicativo, não possui nenhum telefone para contato, manda e-mail não respondem Espero um retorno o mais breve possível.

De nombreux utilisateurs de Facebook voient leurs comptes désactivés à cause de violations liées à des comptes Instagram qu'ils ne possèdent pas. Ce problème, signalé sur Reddit et relayé par ReviewGeek, se manifeste par un message de Facebook indiquant que l'accès est restreint à cause d'un compte Instagram associé violant les règles. Des pirates parviennent à lier des comptes Instagram à des profils Facebook non liés, entraînant la désactivation des comptes Facebook. Meta n'a pas encore répondu aux plaintes, laissant les utilisateurs sans recours. Il est conseillé de dissocier les comptes Instagram et d'augmenter la sécurité
FB Account: Jik Torres My account is suspended. This is so sad. I did not do anything wrong as far as I know. I did not post any OPINION for how many years now. I did not post any pictures that is inappropriate. I only post family related stuff. Ive been suspended before for making ads but thats was so many years ago and did not post any ads after that. I only use FB to upload memories and messenger to connect to people. I was judged unfairly and this is so sad. Ive been using FB since the year you started. Ive been loyal to Meta products and it's alraeady part of my day to day life. I don't really know what's happening here. This is so sudden and so stressful. I've been careful on FB to prevent this but it happened to me again. Why? Please help me Facebook, Meta.

3moSpeaking of challenging problems; Meta …. It’s a shame that your company doesn’t take user data security more seriously when it comes to hackers taking over users’ profiles and exposing their personal data to hackers. My FB account got hacked into on 8/14/24. Been a happy member since 2009. And loved everything about FB and Meta. Sucks to learn, that when our options and resources are so limited; there’s no personnel to help. Your “helpful guide tools” only help so much. But, when hackers change our emails and passwords and lock us out; ths guides you post are useless. There are pages online of FB users who are as outraged and exhausted as I am. You make it so easy for not only for hackers to lock us out, but you make it easy for them to stay logged into our accounts. For every user you have on Facebook; you should have IT people to help. And, not AI. I’m tired of going around and rounds in circles. Meanwhile these hackers are making posts that look like they are coming from me. I do not want to close this account.
