1moMoving food from where it's grown to where it's eaten creates 20% of all emissions. Creating fertilizer uses 15% of the worlds Natural Gas and 66% of fertilizer never reaches the plants. Essentially, we waste 10% of the worlds Natural Gas. Growing food in cities with Indoor Vertical Farms reduces both problems ehile providing fresh healthy vegetables free of pesticides. Indoor Vertical Farm Infrastructure uses capital directly in proportion to scale of production. Equity doesn't work, long term debt capital does. The kind of capital provided by Green Bonds. Green Bonds are in Hypergrowth with Billions of dollars sold every month. In fact, there is a shortage of certified Green Bonds and most are oversubscribed. Local Grown Salads is issuing $100M USD Green Bonds in multiple jurisdictions including the US, Luxemberg, Canada, and multiple locations in Africa. The Bonds are being issued by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). We expect a 10x increase in the SPV valuation on the completion of the sale of the Bond. The SPV is open for investment.
