As a coach , I often work with new leaders that believe they have to know everything and do everything in order to be successful. Realising that this isn’t the case enables leaders to let go of limiting beliefs and give them the freedom to flourish and succeed.

How do you define successful leadership? Is it about titles and positions? Or is it more about mindset and behaviors? As we approach International Women's Day, we’re redefining what it means to be a leader and honoring the contributions of women leaders everywhere…those overcoming corporate barriers, proudly caring for their families and loved ones, those contributing to society and local communities, and everything in between.
