We wanted to thank everyone who joined us at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS). If you haven't done so already, there is still time to see us today. On display at Booth 353 is our TTPX cryogenic probe station configured with GSG-style 40-GHz probes for on-wafer measurements of devices on full and partial wafers up to 51 mm (2 in) in diameter. This setup is designed to ensure optimal RF/microwave measurement performance at cryogenic temperatures. Our probe stations benefit device research requiring fundamental I-V, C-V, and other electrical measurements of test structures, including those for MMIC, LNA, or MEMS designs. #IMS2024 #DeviceResearch #ProbeStations #MaterialCharacterization
