I find innovative solutions to cut operating costs without layoffs with direct impact on the bottom line | Expense Reduction | Business Consulting and Systems | Trusted Advisor | Cost Management | Strategy |
Here is just one example where ERA was able to deliver almost $650K in annual savings to a Federally Qualified Health Center in California. Not all of One Community Health’s challenges centered around cost optimization. ERA was also successful assisting with executive turnover and provided resources for both interim CFO and CIO services to facilitate continuity of leadership. With the realized savings and continuity of leadership, One Community Health will be able to redeploy funds and implement its strategy to further their mission and provide essential care to underserved members of the Sacramento community. This happens to be in the healthcare space, but most businesses leave between 10-30% on the table with a variety of suppliers and service providers. DM me for more information on how ERA might help you with your plan for 2024. #healthcare #seniorscare #privateequity #supplychain #strategicplanning https://lnkd.in/epQreP_G

🏥 Scrapping the social care cap is a disgrace At Newton Healthcare, we are deeply concerned by the government's decision to scrap the social care cap. This change places relentless financial pressure on vulnerable individuals and their families, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty for many. Our core values of honesty, courage, and inclusion guide us in every decision. It is our mission to ensure that everyone involved in healthcare receives respectful and empathetic treatment. This policy shift undermines the stability we strive to provide daily. We believe that no one should have to choose between their health and financial security. 🤝 We urge the community to come together, voice their opinions, and support the most vulnerable among us. Author, Speaker, Patient Advocate, Board Member, Equity Consultant, Researcher, Anti-racism trainer - EMWWAA Award Winner - helping everyone win through equity
Hello everyone. I hope your 2024 is going well. It's unusual for this to be my first post of the year but I have been working behind the scenes, learning, unlearning, relearning and incubating all to ensure that I give my best . Not based on any notion of perfection but on doing better when I know better. It was a privilege to attend the launch of the Voices Of Experts In Our Midst by Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET) at the Sennedd yesterday. Listening to the stories of healthcare professionals working so hard in the UK yet sharing their expertise globally so generously - I was inspired beyond words. It was lovely to make new connections and discover new ways to collaborate. The overarching message echoes one of the things I'm passionate about - equity is everyone's business. With respect to health, Covid-19 showed us clearly that inequitable outcomes adversely affect the economy as a whole. This year, I am committed to doing my best to make equity work for everyone. Whether through research advice, teaching, patient advocacy or creating bespoke training content - I want to support organisations who are truly committed to diversity and inclusion. It is time to move beyond rhetoric and take action one small step at a time. That how history is made and I will play my part. Who's with me? #author #speaker #patientadvocate #researcher #consultant #changemaker #equity #diversity #everyvoicecounts #antiracism #takeaction #resilience #impact #speakup #thriving #soarhigh

Ever felt lost trying to find the right health service? You're probably not alone! The challenge is real: making sure people connect with the perfect care at the perfect time. It's like giving someone a map in a maze, but the map is kinda hard to read. Despite some smart solutions popping up, there's still a lot to do to make this process as smooth as Google Maps (alternatives available). If you've ever wondered why finding the right health, care and wellbeing service feels like searching for a needle in a haystack, or if you're just curious about how we can make this journey easier, this is worth a read.
