Thanks to NAUATECH نواتك (formerly Techniya) and my dear friend Reda Banjar for giving me this opportunity, I was inspired by the ideas, the excellent presentations, UI/UX designs, demos and working prototypes as a result of a few hours of work, this inspired me to an idea (EDIAH) "Every Day is a Hackathon" mindset, what if we start every day at work as if we are in a hackathon, what if we give the same motivation and inspiration every day to every team member at work, and celebrate the results daily; Giving more focus to daily outcomes not just sprint or quarter results, embracing an "EDIAH" mindset. I can't imagine how this would boost the productivity of tech teams and overall tech companies' performance. Early-stage startups might be the closest to this mindset especially while working on the MVP, but as companies grow, systems become more mature and tech team size gets bigger, things tend to become slower. #EDIAH mindset can be seen as a daily sprint and doesn't mean releasing tasks to production daily without the proper QA process. It's a way to have a clear daily goal for each team that all its members laser-focus on to get it done by the end of every day and stop any distractions on their way to achieving it, feeling the same vibes and motivation of being part of a one-day hackathon. #Productivity #ProductivityBoost
