Expanding into a new market without an established network can be challenging, especially for companies entering a geography where they lack brand recognition. That's where an executive recruiting firm adds value. We help bridge the gap by leveraging our deep local expertise, connections, and proven ability to find the right talent. Whether sourcing candidates or negotiating offers, we ensure companies succeed in new markets by finding the best people, even when starting from scratch. #hiring #recruiting #network

"In 2024, hiring managers must first consider the experience required for the position as the priority before determining whether the candidate is a cultural fit. Once they find a candidate who checks both boxes, they must also feel confident in what prospective employees want from the interview process, and the role itself, in order to land them." Jae Yoo, Executive Director, shares his expertise in a recent Healthcare Business Today article. Attracting and retaining top talent in Indiana's life sciences sector requires a multifaceted approach that addresses both the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. Since 2020, the life sciences industry has continued to surge ahead, employing over 2.2 million and expanding its labor by a net 169,000 workers. The demand for quality talent heavily outweighs the supply, which has led to intense competition for talent and subsequent impacts on wage growth, recruitment, retention and baseline hiring criteria across the globe, country and more specifically, in Indiana. Indiana has opportunities to foster collaboration between the industry, academia, and government to create a vibrant ecosystem that supports talent development and retention in life sciences professions. If this collaboration is capitalized upon, Indiana can position itself as a destination of choice for professionals in the life sciences field. We invite you to join our conversation on May 21 with Dan Lewallen of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, John Duffin and Patrick Woods of ViTalent, Maria Alvim Gaston, PhD, of Eli Lilly and Company, Sharon Semones of Indiana Biosciences Research Institute to discuss how companies across the industry can contribute to a developing workforce, improve the pipeline, and overcome the challenges that face the industry today. #Lifesciences #Workforce #Talentacquisition Register below: https://lnkd.in/gXCFp8FK

One of the aspects of my role that brings me great joy is conducting interviews with potential candidates. Why? Because finding just the right fit for our team and, more importantly, our pediatric clientele, is paramount to our success. Our company culture is not just a set of values on paper; it's the heartbeat of our organization. Through interviews, I get to ensure that every candidate we bring on board aligns with our culture of compassion, excellence, and dedication. Meeting new people is not just a perk of the job; it's an integral part of my role. Every interview is an opportunity to make connections, not only with potential team members but also with individuals who share our vision for providing top-notch pediatric care. By conducting interviews, I invest in the growth and development of our team. Each interaction is a chance to mentor and guide candidates, helping them realize their potential and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. At the heart of it all, interviewing allows me to stay connected to our mission of empowering children to reach their full potential. Seeing firsthand the passion and dedication of those who aspire to join our team reaffirms our purpose and motivates us to strive for excellence every day. Finding the right people is a key part of our journey towards creating a brighter future for the children we serve. In reflection, I have the honor of being in a wonderful position to hear people's dreams and passions, and to empower individuals to pursue those dreams. Through the interview process, I not only seek to find the right fit for our team but also to support candidates in their professional journey. It's a privilege I cherish, especially since I have heard the buzz of burnout as a concern in our field. At our clinics, we see things differently. By empowering our team members to chase their dreams and providing a supportive environment, we mitigate the risk of burnout and foster a culture of fulfillment and growth. I look forward to continuing to connect with remarkable individuals who share our vision and dedication to making a difference in the lives of children.
