Note to Self....Monday, July 15, 2024 Building a Servant Leader: Accountability As we embark on our next Leadership Academy with Physician Life Care Planning, we have started building our model of a servant leader. Within this, we have a set of core elements, that we call "Bullseye" words. We articulate the importance of each, where they emanate from: - The head: how we think - The feet: how we act - The heart: how we feel and then clearly define what they mean to us as a leader. Next week we'll discuss the culmination of stage 1, "How we Think" as a leader, as we outline the model.
