I am working on an adaptation to McKinsey's 3 Horizons of Growth framework. My goal is to refine this in a way that better speaks to the needs of product companies. McKinsey recently updated their model to remove the concept of timeframes, focusing more on outcomes. I'm adapting that new model to emphasize features and capabilities. Ideally, this helps answer the questions below. - Horizon 1: How do I optimize existing capabilities for existing markets? - Horizon 2: How do I infuse new capabilities into existing markets? - Horizon 3: How do I transform those same capabilities into new business lines?
