I fell in love with Pediatrics because I love�� to work with children from birth all the way���� into early adulthood. And I get the chance to�� see them develop and grow through that time.���� And I get to develop long-lasting relationships�� with families, which is one of the most rewarding���� parts of my job. Some of the most important parts�� of being a pediatrician include monitoring the���� health and development of children as they�� grow from a newborn all the way into early���� adulthood. And that includes building a�� good foundation for a healthy lifestyle,���� and also working with kids when they're sick�� and when they have acute problems that come up,���� whether that's having a fever or a rash or�� behavioral concerns or anything that may be���� on your mind as a parent. A typical visit starts�� with me starting to really get to know you and���� your family. I think the best outcomes happen�� when I can partner with you really closely to���� develop a strong relationship so I can get to�� know you and your child, any concerns you have,���� and we can work together to come up with�� a care plan to address those concerns. And���� then of course I want to make sure we have�� really good follow-up to continue to build���� that relationship and to make sure we are doing�� what's best for my patient and your child. One���� of the best parts of my job is getting a chance�� to see a child grow up and come into their own,���� and during that time I get to develop a lifelong�� relationship with them and the family. And I feel���� like that is one of the most beautiful things�� is to be a part of amazing milestones as they're���� growing and then become the patient's doctor�� and advocate for them. And that is one of the���� best things about Pediatrics. Extraordinary Care�� to me means going above and beyond the standard.���� It means making sure that I am doing my best for�� every single family, for every single patient,���� and to tailor my care to what you need in a doctor�� and in a partner for your health care.
