What are your thoughts on companies that in professional lingo, basically tell you or refer to the fact, a person ( that has applied for a position which they are more than qualified to do the job) is too old and not the image the company is going for. Is that not discrimination? * scantily clothed 24 yr olds do not have the experience( never selling a drink to begin with) or the wherewithall; using psychology as a sale tool when selling a high end product to a customer that drinks for status and the experience the product offers. 30 yrs in food and beverage proved this! Brands, companies... potential clients. Don't dismiss us oldies that might know a bit more from years in an industry. * Although not high end, an establishment I worked; we offered OFALLON PRETZEL BEER. {great stuff} in order to move the product... I referred to it as "A BASEBALL GAME IN YOUR MOUTH" The result...sold out 2 half barrels in less than a mos time!
