Professionals & Students: Many professionals and students are thriving to find the best job profile and career options. In this race initially we give our best performance In the middle of the race we find ourselves lost In the final phase of the race we found that the winner is someone else All the phases have definitely brought the best out of us , But the societal perspective has made us to only become a winner of the final phase I support this perspective but we need to see how long our country has been colonised and from that phase to present phase our country men have come a long way To make our generations become a winner, we should definitely teach them about the values of every stage and equal success ratio and sense of achievement like the final stage of success. We should definitely appreciate the efforts of the winner but we should not miss to applaud the competitors and help them activate their confidence.

Embracing our weaknesses and challenges is essential for personal and professional development. When we focus solely on our strengths, we may become complacent and miss out on valuable learning experiences. Our weaknesses, on the other hand, provide opportunities for growth, resilience, and self-improvement. Understand your strengths and weaknesses. This awareness is the first step toward growth. Rather than avoiding challenges, embrace them. When you encounter difficulties, view them as chances to learn and adapt. Each setback is an opportunity to refine your skills. Ask for feedback from colleagues, mentors, or supervisors. Constructive criticism helps you identify areas for improvement and guides your growth journey. Invest time and effort in developing skills related to your weaknesses. Surround yourself with people who complement your strengths. Collaborating with others allows you to leverage their expertise and learn from their abilities. Overcoming challenges builds resilience. It’s okay to stumble; what matters is how you get back up and keep moving forward, growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones and embrace our weaknesses.

Expand your comfort zone. I always hated the phrase "get out of your comfort zone" because it implied, in my mind, that I would always be uncomfortable. Once I decided I didn't want to remain uncomfortable with stuff like computers I committed to pursuing the education to add that stuff to my comfort zone. Once I started to think of it as expanding my comfort zone, I realized it was what people were suggesting I do by "getting out of my comfort zone." You don't have to jump in the deep end and stay there. You can tackle the uncomfortable in ways that are manageable to you. The secret here is, once you start, to never stop. #Lifelonglearning

Define strength and limitations within your comfort zone. Make attempts to move away from comfort zone to extend your potential. It could be your new strength or a great learning on the extent you can progress. Never stay in the comfort zone too long. Explore the game !!!

A different view to the overwhelming positive psychology message. Sometimes your strengths don't play to your advantage. I had to tune down my analytical strength and ability to plan for the future, and develop new skills: self compassion and mindfulness, to reduce my anxiety and depression.
