Another day, another CSDDD postponement... ♻️ In other news, today, EFRAG published their update from February, which includes the meeting with the SRB and FRB and the discussion regarding MAIG, where members of the EFRAG FRB had the opportunity to share their feedback on the financial material-related content. I have had several conversations this week about the EFRAG Draft on MAIG and the anticipation of more information. As we have all experienced so far, we could use more clarification. At the SRB and FRB meeting, members highlighted the necessity of implementation guidance and underscored the importance of examples, with which I completely agree. However, no decisions were taken at the meeting. The next joint meeting is on 26 June 2024 📊 Although it does not address the need for more guidance, it implies that we should not expect any more clarification before July 2025 🔍 #EFRAG #SustainabilityReporting #FinancialMateriality #CSRD #CorporateSustainability

Hi!🌱 It's #WorkPackage Thursday! Today, our #WP3 takes center stage. Led by Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), the team will establish #sustainability assessment building blocks for each tier of the 3-tiered IIAF, ensuring the IIAF aligns with Steps 4 and 5 of EC-JRC framework. 💪🏽 To fill the current gap in knowledge, WP3 will focus especially on approaches and tools for social and economic #sustainabilityassessment at each tier of the IIAF in addition to the environmental aspects. 🎯 Result? Improved and new tools with a focus on the early design stages and socioeconomic aspects as well as #LCC-based methodology for monetisation of externalities along the life cycle.
