Had an amazing week with 140 Brooks senior leaders discussing how we create value through a high-performance culture. One day was dedicated to becoming multipliers, not diminishers, as leaders to help our teams excel. It made me rethink my leadership style and what I need to do differently. The first rule of being a leader is you can always learn more. Seeing our leaders work through what it means to be a multiplier was inspiring. I'm thrilled and energized for what we will achieve in 2024. #WeAreBrooks

Earlier this year at our annual leadership retreat we learned that a strong personal brand can help you attract the right people, land a job or promotion, and make connections that lead to new opportunities. With reflection and intentional actions, you can gain confidence in your personal value and project it in your life and career. Find your personal brand then live by it every day not just on paper or behind closed doors. It never ends and is constantly evolving like we are. 🙂
