Now this picture has become a point of discussion. This invariably proved again that Chandrayan or whatever, people irrespective of gender like to discuss what the woman is wearing more than the woman herself. Arre yaar women do wear various types of clothes. What's the big deal? It's based on her choice, comfort and most importantly occasion. The same women wearing salwar kameez also wear jeans and saree. Is it a discussion point? Have not u people seen women dressing up or wearing saree in office programs? Hum log to office me kuch bhi chhota sa program ho to saree pehen lete haan..yeh to chandrayan ka launch tha...have u people seen these women on a regular day? Gyan to aise de rahe he ke ekdom full-fledged research kiya he. Ekdin ka ek picture aya aur baas shuru hogaya. These people are not even leaving them alone to celebrate their hard work. Any one who are discussing what these ladies are wearing for me are condemnable. Praising a woman because she z wearing saree or demeaning her for the same reason saying she z not modern is equally idiotic. And definitely the same goes for those who have opinions about women wearing western dresses or even having tattoos or whatever. Arre it's her choice why u people wud have an opinion on this? Let her do what she likes. Let her wear what she wants. Try to respect people irrespective of their choice of dresses.

Dr. Shailesh Kumar Yadav, IAS, Municipal Commissioner, AMC & Chief Executive Officer, Agartala Smart City Limited welcomed the participants and elaborated the importance of the topic. This workshop is part of the capacity building initiative of Asian Development Bank.
