Market research question for therapy agency owners who place school-based occupational therapists in school districts: What types of training and preparation do you provide to your new OTs prior to their start in a school district? This would include new grads, OTs changing work settings, OTs transferring from another agency and OTs returning to work after an extended leave of absence. I sincerely appreciate your input!
