🚀 Engagement survey 🚀 We successfully completed the second edition of our global employee survey in cooperation with Effectory! The response rate of 86% went above our expectations: +9 points compared to last edition. Organised every two years, this survey is an opportunity for SMT’s employees located in Africa, Great Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the United States to give their feedback and for us to continuously enhance our Employee Experience. We are grateful that so many of our employees took the time to share their precious input. It is even more encouraging when we see the very high scores on engagement and on most of the themes covered. This survey enabled us to: ❇️Get valuable insights: Deeper understanding about leadership, team's collaboration dynamics, aspirations, and areas of development. ❇️ Enhance feedback: Strengthen SMT culture of inclusiveness and mutual respect.
