Turns out, if you ask farmers, teachers, students, retired folk from all backgrounds and up and down the country, they agree about a few things - 1. that the food system we currently have isn't fair for producers or consumers. 2. that the corporations in the middle have more power and make more profit, at our expense (and at the expense of our future health, our environment, and our communities) 3. there is a role for serious politics to regulate industry, incentivise change & make it easier and more affordable to eat better food and secure sustainable food production in this country.
