Feeling proud and humbled after my first offshore visit at Skarv: 👉 One of the world's largest gas processing facilities on an FPSO 👉 Impressive operational performance with production efficiency in the high 90s 👉 Our significant role as a gas exporter - export equates to the daily power consumption of 5-10 million Germans All of this is made possible by our highly competent and solution-oriented team continuously striving for improvements👍

First visit to Sandnessjøen - a key location for Skarv and @Aker BP. Impressed by how local suppliers and the community embrace the opportunities from our activities. As I highlighted at the Offshore Nordland conference, I am proud of our joint efforts making Skarv a reliable gas provider for Europe. Together, we are also creating regional win-win. 🌟🤝 Big thanks to my colleagues in Sandnessjøen and our local partners for the warm welcome and insightful discussions in such beautiful surroundings. Looking forward to continuing our collaboration, achieving great things at Skarv, and building future competence. 🚀🌍

I was thrilled to be joining the Aker BP ASA team during this dynamic period of growth and transformation 🚀. For most people scrolling on LinkedIn today, it’s just any regular Thursday. For me, it’s a day of reflection on an incredible 18-year stint at Aker Solutions. Every day has brought challenges and fun, and every year, or maybe even every month, has brought on major changes, a reorganization or maybe a merger, big wins or demanding projects that I’ve been lucky to be part of shaping, solving and sometimes mostly learning from! 💡💪😄 And throughout these years, it’s been the people who have made the difference. I’ve had the immense privilege to work alongside extremely competent, dedicated and downright inspiring colleagues. Each and every one of them has been critical to our joint successes, as well as my own growth. 🧑💼👩💻👷 🎉 Aker Solutions has provided years of exciting opportunities, with great colleagues and leaders. I am so grateful for the trust placed in me by Aker Solutions and Aker ASA, allowing me to play my part in solving global energy challenges. Now, I eagerly look forward to a new chapter at Aker BP ASA. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey at Aker Solutions – you made it absolutely fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟

Every time I visit our Stord yard, I am amazed by the breadth and complexity of what Aker Solutions designs and delivers. 💪 From oil and gas floaters and topsides to modules for CO2 terminals and electrification projects, not to mention substations for offshore wind and the decommissioning and recycling of platforms. ♻   Stord is where many of our major projects come alive, and aging assets embark on a new journey - all made possible by our 2,000 talented and dedicated colleagues on the ground. 👷♂️👷♀️   I returned home from Stord feeling inspired, and armed with good advice on how to make our designs even safer and more fabrication friendly. 🏗   #PowerTheChange
