Helping brands connect to their audience in new ways

4mo

Having worked in live events for over 20 years, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial connectivity is for fan engagement. It’s essential for any brand looking to truly engage rather than just reach an audience. Yet, it still surprises me how often this critical aspect is overlooked. Brands must add value to fans’ lives, and this begins with connectivity. When you connect, you can add value, and when you add value, those fans become loyal supporters. This is why innovation is the new creativity. We are shifting from mere reach to deep engagement, delivering better value for everyone involved. It’s great to see insightful content like this from Ericsson. Without their advancements in connectivity, meaningful fan engagement wouldn’t be possible. Kudos to Ericsson for paving the way!
