Yesterday we had an incredibly rewarding and hands-on experience of building a fabricated PHA with 107V couplings, V10, V11, T fittings, and a 923 with a 2” outlet. It felt like solving a puzzle, where every piece had to fit perfectly for the system to function seamlessly. From selecting the right materials to ensuring precise measurements, the process combined technical knowledge with practical skill, and the satisfaction of seeing a fully assembled and operational system was second to none. Every part of the process, from assembling the couplings and valves to ensuring the fittings were precisely aligned, gave us a deeper appreciation for the craft and the impact of our work. The sense of pride and accomplishment we felt when the system came together flawlessly is unmatched. We are truly grateful to work for Victaulic a company that not only provides us with top-of-the-line materials and tools but also fosters an environment where we can grow, learn, and take pride in creating high-quality solutions. Thank you Dave Molnar for this amazing opportunity & Joshua Mercedes for guiding Gabrielle Beneducci and I through this building process! PS. Your HR gals can also build 😎
