I hope you have been using your Kindness calendar. Tomorrow is National Love is Kind Day. What does that mean? It is a day to celebrate those who have escaped domestic violence or domestic abuse. We are celebrating freedom from such abusive relationships or situations. What can you do today? Spread messages about how we can be kind to one another, especially to those closest to us. Send a text to a friend or family member just to tell them you love them and support them. Do a random act of kindness to a stranger you meet. For example, buy a coffee for them, or give them a compliment.
