The Counselors of Real Estate® just released its annual outlook on the top issues impacting commercial real estate. Their report hones in on artificial intelligence (AI), noting: “AI's role in real estate is rapidly evolving, with focus shifting to the accuracy, granularity, and timeliness of data inputs that drive algorithms.” That mirrors what we're seeing in the industry, and OSCRE International members recognize that, in order to maximize the benefits of AI, the collection of data must first be optimized through data standardization.
