Accountability means being held responsible for accomplishing a goal or what you say you will do. It allows you to build trust with the people around you by taking responsibility for your actions and decisions. In the professional journey, it's essential to recognize our own progress and accomplishments. Often, the diligent work we do may not be immediately visible to others, yet self-acknowledgment is a key component of personal growth and motivation.
