I am not sure that going full on meat is the solution… In Spain, plant-based centered restaurants like Honest Greens or Flax & Kale are doing very well… offering good colorful food to an audience that goes beyond plant eaters, while offering some really attractive 100% plant-based dishes. Tasty, Healthy & Colorful meals in nice locations with great interior design… the whole experience matters when it comes to eating out. Great restaurants for vegans to invite non-vegan friends or family over. Native Foods, at least the one I visited in Denver is a terrible restaurant… offering vegan food isn’t enough nor an excuse for an horrific interior design (welcome to what looks like the oversized canteen of a clinic… which was empty on a Saturday at lunchtime). Or an excuse to be an overpriced “fast food”, especially when the salty-sugary food served isn’t that great. https://lnkd.in/d6NgFtYr

🌺🌼🌹𝔼𝕕𝕚𝕓𝕝𝕖 𝔽𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕖𝕣𝕤🌹🌼🌺 Edible flowers have been a part of our diet for thousands of years. Chinese cooks were experimenting with edible flowers as far back as 3,000 BC and the Romans used violets, roses, and lavender in their food. This practice continues today, with many restaurants using petals to add unique flavours and appearances to their dishes. But it’s not just restaurant chefs who can use flowers in cooking. You might be surprised at how many edible varieties you can find in your own garden. I used these lilac flowers from my garden to decorate these blueberry yoghurt & granola pots. Look gorgeous don't they? But please be aware that only the flowers are edible from a lilac. A simple but effective rule of thumb when it comes to flowers is if you’re in any doubt, don’t eat it.😉 . .
