Provide administrative and secretarial support to PM and DPM to ensure the smooth management of their day-to-day affairs, and most effective use of their time.  2. Helping in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the PM responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow up action, report submission and others.  3. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.  4. Listen to departments/understand needs and priorities/often find better ways to meet and coordinate their needs and expectations Reception etiquette and business skill.  5. Follow up on corrective actions taken by departments to ensure that the problem is effectively closed. 6. To ensure the targeted audit, responsible for collecting and sorting relevant information of various departments. 7. Summarize and analyze the corresponding corrective and preventive measures taken by various departments and track the implementation of corrective actions and their long-term effectiveness through on-site inspections. 8. Summarize statistics, analyze data, find gaps and improvement points in various departments, urge relevant departments to take corrective measures, and track and verify their effectiveness. 9. Lead, train and monitor the department assistants by compiling data, action taken to be completed, follow up relevant issues, report preparations skills.  10. Coordinate with each other to ensure the events organized by respective departments can be carried out thoroughly.  11. Complete the matters assigned by the management level.
