New data indicates that hospitals are making significant strides in improving patient experience and reducing preventable infections post-pandemic. Patient experience metrics, which had declined sharply, are showing positive trends, especially in clinician communication and discharge information. Additionally, a substantial decrease in infections like MRSA, CAUTIs, and CLABSIs is evident, with 92% of hospitals improving in at least one infection category since 2022. It's clear we're moving in the right direction, but continuous effort is essential to maintain and accelerate these improvements. #PatientSafety #HealthcareQuality #InfectionPrevention
