📢 We’re thrilled to welcome Alette Mærsk – the 4th large dual-fuel vessel in our fleet, measuring 350 meters with 16,000 TEU container capacity! 🎉 Today, Alette Mærsk was christened by her godmother, Nike athlete, snowboarder, and two-time Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim, in a memorable naming ceremony at the Port of Los Angeles. In keeping with our tradition of naming Maersk vessels after members of the founding family, Alette Mærsk proudly carries the name of Alette Mærsk Mc-Kinney Sørensen, great-granddaughter of A.P. Møller, founder of the A.P. Moller Group.    This is the first time a vessel in our 120-year history has been named Alette Mærsk, making this moment even more special. 📹 More highlights to follow on our channels. I would like to use this medium to ask an important question as a client of Maersk Line US. How can Maersk US customers receive supports from US agents? This is because the Maersk customer support team in Indian are unable to address all our needs. Recently my client cargo was discharged at POD and wasn’t released for about a week because the Indian team were requesting for “Customer Refference Number “ which we come to know to be form M or BA numbers which has never been a mandatory requirement for Nigeria 🇳🇬 . I need response on how to address future issues if we must continue to ship through Maersk. It’s sad that US company cannot offer support to their US customer using the people that understand US cultures and terminology.

buenas tardes, no se si su empresas tenga que ver con maerk logistic en Perú, recibimos un pesimo servicio por parte del area de seguridad en el Callao en su deposito de maersk logistic, ojalá y alguien pueda ver este caso ya que el señor Marco Palomino encargado del area nos está dando un trato hostil y no nos contesta ni los correos ni las llamadas telefónicas.
