I would like to use this medium to ask an important question as a client of Maersk Line US. How can Maersk US customers receive supports from US agents? This is because the Maersk customer support team in Indian are unable to address all our needs. Recently my client cargo was discharged at POD and wasn’t released for about a week because the Indian team were requesting for “Customer Refference Number “ which we come to know to be form M or BA numbers which has never been a mandatory requirement for Nigeria 🇳🇬 . I need response on how to address future issues if we must continue to ship through Maersk. It’s sad that US company cannot offer support to their US customer using the people that understand US cultures and terminology.
