Product portfolio, advertising policy, and shop design - in short: the food environment - shape demand and therefore also the “what” & “how” on the supply side. How do supermarkets deal with this responsibility? "Superlist Environment" is coming to Germany and will compare REWE, ALDI SÜD & Co. on three criteria: 🌱 Protein transition 🚜 Sustainable agriculture 🌍 Climate targets Superlist is a multi-year multi-national research programme by the think tank Questionmark Foundation. They will conduct the German study together with Madre Brava, ProVeg Deutschland and the Albert Schweitzer Foundation. Deutsche Umwelthilfe is providing advisory support. Concentrated knowledge for precise results. Questionmark will start data collection after this summer. The report and ranking are expected in early 2025.
