Here’s a snapshot of my key responsibilities: • Dealt with Petrochemical, Lab chemicals, Hospital equipment, Hardware and Electrical Items. • Preparing enquiries for the above items and purchasing from local market. • Responsible for al Tendering KNPC, KOC, Procurement and Purchasing activities on assigned Jobs / Project which required a high degree of Professional integrity, ethics, and confidentiality Knowledge of oil wel cements, and chemicals Experience for Engineering Drilling/well, drilling Cementing • Managed Purchase Orders and negotiated contracts with nearly 40 suppliers ot obtain optimum pricing, terms and deliveries. • Participate KNPC, KOC, JOINT OPERATIONS and KISR Tenders. • Submitting Tenders KNPC, KOC, JOINT OPERATIONS and KISR Tenders. • Maintained and ensured timely and accurate delivery of material. • Reviewing technical specs specified ni the RFQ &communicate with clients for any clarification. • Identify suitable Manufacturers and Suppliers and float initiate RFQ/ • Quote for the RFQS' from K.O.C., KNPC, JOINT OPERATIONS &KISR. • Sending enquires to suppliers. • Coordinate bid/no bid process and respond accordingly. • Coordinate and support of RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. • Prepare and issue RFQ Package and obtaining suppliers offer ni accordance with standard procedure. • Identify potential resources &suitable manufacturers. • Communicate with the manufacturers.
