For years, I have believed strongly that it is crucial to create sustainable organizational structures that maintain quality programs. Without these sustainable structures, programs can't maintain quality results which impact the mission and vision of the organization. It's not always easy to balance, but it is imperative for the future of non-profit organizations.

Investing in the wellness of nonprofit staff and leadership provides additional returns for funding organizations and the communities where these service organizations are based.
