On the International Day of Women in Science, I wonder where we would all be without Katherine Johnson, Marie Curie, Chieng-Shiung Wu, Ada Lovelace, Eunice Foote, Marie-Anne Lavoisier, Virginia Holsinger, Margarita Salas and so many more, then and now. Not only there were geniuses that changed the way we understand the world today, but they were trailblazers against all odds, be it their gender, race, immigrant status, or all of those combined. Today I am thinking of Rachel Carson, whose Silent Spring got me into this journey of sustainability. https://lnkd.in/e3Vcg_bU
